The Bridal look cannot be attained overnight. It must be started at least a month before the special day.
So get ready to take utmost care of your skin and apply the best makeup you have ever put on so that you can cry the hell out of your makeup.
Goodbye to all the street, spicy food!
If you are a spicy food lover it is bad news for you but you need to say goodbye to all the spicy foods. No pizzas, burgers, chaat, samosas and gol gappas.  Ok, I won’t eat all this. I will eat momos! NO.

Fruits

Eat as many fruits as you can. Not that much that your skin and hair turn beautiful and your belly becomes fat. Fruits have every single nutrient required to turn your skin and hairs healthy as hell. But not all fruits. Bodybuilders eat bananas, not strawberries. Similarly, you should go for acidic fruits like Cherries, strawberries, blackcurrants, persimmons, cranberries, and pomegranates. These all contain antioxidants and vitamin C, plus they protect the skin from free radicals and help to form collagen. Collagen is very important as it is responsible for creating new skin cells.
Blueberries are a must!
During the wedding season, women take a lot of stress thinking that they will have to leave the house in which she has lived her entire childhood, teenage, and half of her youth. Her father- mother and siblings all will not be close to her every time. We cannot stop this stress and neither can blueberries but these little tasty blueberries can surely reduce the effects that stress has on your skin and your hairs.
Green, Red and Orange vegetables-
Broccoli, olives, spinach, and even Brussels sprouts contain natural antioxidants that remove the harmful substances which destroy cells and lead to premature skin aging. Not only skin aging it also protects you from the harmful UV sunrays, improves complexion, repairs skin, and cures acne.

DAIRY PRODUCTS-
Not only is milk good as a skin cleanser, whitener, and moisturizer but it also helps skin and hairs if you eat it. They contain beneficial bifid bacteria which are necessary for good gut health and will help slow the appearance of new wrinkles as they contain a protein that promotes the production of collagen. It also strengthens and tightens the muscles. It also slows down aging process and improves the overall health of the skin. Now please do not start to eat cheese, butter, ghee, and all. Products that have less fat like yogurt and fragmented baked milk.

 Nuts-

How can a skin diet be complete without adding those cashews, pistachios, and almonds? These are filled with nutrients that support skin cell renewal and carry selenium which also enhances hair health. This not only improves brain power but also purifies your blood cells which are equal to very healthy skin. It contains zinc, omega-3, and omega-6 fatty acids.

Water-

Water has many minerals which help boost your skin renewal, skin complexion, skin replenishment, collagen formation, prevents aging, detoxifies your blood, nourishes your hair scalp, and promotes its density and growth. Do I need to say more?
Drink 2 liters per day!

Go get a life

Here we are going to talk about the things that we need to add and omit from our lifestyle. I mean yours. I am not the bride! So let us get started.
Squeeze your muscles
I am talking about massages. Go get some regular massages. It is the best way to tighten and strengthen your skin muscles. Take care of the oil which is being used in your massage. Do not use mustard oil or your cooking oil and start getting massaged. Even they can be used but they are the least nutritional for the skin. Try fragmented coconut oil, almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, or avocado oil. It also reduces stress thus aging. It will also strengthen your scalp and will make your hairs more shiny and beautiful.

Showers

Do not use strong soaps during showers. They suck out the essential oils from your body. The way there are shampoos for hair, similarly, there are many body washes and shower gels to use that will nourish your skin.
Do not take long showers
In summers we don’t wish to get out of the cold showers and in winters we don’t wish to get out of the warm showers but cold and hot water, both wash off essential oils from our skin. It leaves our skin dry and more prone to damage.
Get the make-up off before taking showers
Don’t think that make-up will itself be removed during showers. OK, it will be removed but at what cost. Make-ups are hard to remove and scrubbing them during the showers can irritate your skin a lot. If your makeup is too stubborn especially those around the eyes, use special water which is prepared for make-up cleansing only.
And moisturize when your skin is still a bit damp after the showers.

Sleep

Sleep helps your skin to repair. During sleep, your skin’s blood flow increases, and the organ rebuilds its collagen and repairs damage from UV exposure, reducing wrinkles and age spots. So have a full night sleep
Do not wear make-up before going to sleep. It is the only time when your skin can breathe. Let it breathe as much as it can. Now don’t go to sleep directly without even washing your face. Sleeping with a dirty face will not help your skin. Before going to sleep wash your face with a face wash and then apply a good overnight moisturizer and then go to sleep.
Sleep naked. This helps not only your facial skin but your whole body to breathe and repair itself. So start taking full night sleep every night and by every night I mean every single night. Your honeymoons can be exceptions!  But before marriage no late-night calls.
Enough tips for today! Just practice even a few and your prince charming would take you on honeymoons every single year.
This article beautifully illustrates our philosophy of beauty. Beauty is not about good products and make-ups, beauty is a lifestyle. BEAUTY is PHILIABEAUTY!
